Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
All of our pieces are made to order, especially crafted just for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.
How long does delivery take?
For U.S. orders, we ship directly from New Jersey. Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to postal delays or high-volume seasons.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?
Since all pieces are made to order, we begin processing your item shortly after the purchase. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order, especially for personalized items.

How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. When not in use, store it in a dry place—preferably in the box it came with—to prevent tarnishing.
You can wear it in the shower; in fact, hot water may even enhance the shine. Just be sure to dry it gently afterward.
With regular care and occasional cleaning, sterling silver and gold pieces can last beautifully for many years.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while sleeping?
Yes — our jewelry is safe to wear in the shower, and warm water may even enhance its shine. However, we recommend drying it thoroughly afterward to maintain its finish.
While sleeping, it's best to remove your jewelry to avoid accidental bending, scratching, or chain tangling, especially with delicate or personalized pieces.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
Please note:
– Personalized items, earrings, and piercings are non-returnable due to hygiene and custom design reasons.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return—we’ll guide you through the process.
How do I request an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges for custom or personalized items, or earrings and piercings due to hygiene concerns.
For all other eligible products, the fastest way to exchange is to return the item following the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
