How do I take care of my jewelry?
To ensure long-lasting use, avoid contact with chemicals like perfumes and creams. When not in use, store your jewelry in our boxes to minimize air exposure. Safe to wear in the shower—hot water enhances shine. Dry after showering to maintain quality.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness.
Do you create custom pieces?
Yes! We create custom pieces upon request. Whether it’s a personalized engraving, a unique design, or a special modification, we’re happy to bring your vision to life. Feel free to reach out to us with your ideas, and we’ll work together to create something meaningful.

PROCESSING TIME
All items are made to order and will be prepared within 5–7 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed. Please note that this time does not include shipping duration.
RETURN
We do accept returns for non-personalized items as long as the security seal is intact and the item is unworn. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings and piercings.

Beautiful bracelet would purchase again
I ordered two bracelets, one for me and one for my best friend who is moving away. The bracelets are very dainty and cute, and the engraving is clear. However, the shipping did take quite some time and had me STRESSIN as to whether or not it would come in before my friend moved to a different country. I also ordered them both in the women’s size and my friends came significantly larger than mine, (I assume it was the mens size) Other than that, they feel like nice quality and they’re very cute.
