All items are made to order and will be prepared within 5–7 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed. Please note that this time does not include shipping duration.
RETURN
We do accept returns for non-personalized items as long as the security seal is intact and the item is unworn. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings and piercings.
